Refund & Cancellation

At Apricorn Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality UI/UX design and digital solutions that exceed expectations. Because our work involves custom creative services and dedicated manpower, we have established the following policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that project requirements can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Pre-Project: Requests for cancellation made before the project kickoff/start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus any processing fees.
  • Active Projects: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced (Discovery, Wireframing, or Research phase), the client will be billed for the hours completed or milestones reached up to that date.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the design cycle:

  • Completed Milestones: Once a milestone (e.g., Final UI Design or Prototype) is approved by the client, the associated payment is non-refundable.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we offer a specific number of revisions as per your contract. If dissatisfaction persists, a partial refund may be discussed based on work completed.

3. Process for Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Please include your project ID and the reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
